Super Solar Powered Train (Mail-in Entry)

​                                                           2023 Official Rules

Goal: To design the fastest Solar Powered Train
​

Specifications:
Train length must be 12" long (+/- 1”)
Train Width must be 3"(+/- 1")
Train Height must be 3" (+/-1")

Train must use any DC motor (4 motors max)
Train frame must have an attached cover measured to the dimensions above.*Plastic vacuum formed body is suggested, but other materials are allowed.


Submit Entry between June 1-5, 2023

Judging Procedure:
Mailed in Trains will be time tested on our 24 foot Pitsco Racetrack.  A USSSC custom built Solar Panel using Pitsco Ray Catcher Solar Panels will power the racetack. The train with the fastest time will be awarded Division Winner.
